One of my list of things to do this summer, was make a trip out to the Kennecott Copper Mine. So, Monday afternoon that's exactly what we did. The massive size of the entire operation is pretty incredible.
From the sheer size of the mine itself.
To the tires of the trucks and the machinery they use.
No wonder it is one of the few manmade places that can be seen from space!
