Halloween 2014

Amidst all of the craziness that is currently my life, I made to sure to take some time to celebrate Halloween and make some fun memories with Leila.  Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish all of our costumes because of Ellie's unexpected arrival so Jason lucked out and didn't have to dress up.  We also did a little improvising and made Ellie the Flounder to fit in with our theme.

We went trick or treating a little around my Mom's neighborhood.  Leila enjoyed picking and choosing which houses she wanted to go to and made a point of being "scared" of the jack-o-lanterns and other decorations.

We also squeezed in carving our own pumpkins for the year (although, truth be told I didn't finish mine until several days later).
