Craftiness

One of the Christmas presents I got from my parents this year was a top of the line sewing machine and a sewing cabinet.

I've always enjoyed sewing, but tend to get frustrated too easily to have ever really pursued it much before. Good thing the machine also came with free lessons! Over Christmas Break, I was itching to start a project and I had this idea come to me. One of Jason's favorite Christmas tradition was using an advent calendar that his grandmother had made years ago.

I decided that since he loved that so much, I would do my best to recreate it. Here's how it turned out:
